Dan joined Regency Wealth Management in 2024 as Director of Accounting and Human Resources. He has over 15 years of experience in managing various administrative aspects of a business. Prior to joining Regency, Dan worked in New York City at a brokerage firm trading in the short-term dollar markets. In 2008 he left to be part of a family-owned business where he managed all the finance, accounting, and Human Resource functions. Through all of this he gained extensive experience with financial reporting, internal auditing, internal controls as well as cash flow management.
Dan received his B.A. from Messiah University in Business Administration with a finance concentration in 2006. He then went on to earn an M.B.A from William Paterson University in 2010.
Dan has served on the finance committee and facilities committee as well as filling the staff role of Financial Coordinator at Grace Church in Ridgewood, NJ. In his spare time Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, attending soccer, basketball, and football games as well as marching band events.
