Continuing our “Meet the Team” series, we are pleased to introduce Kristin Favaloro, Client Service Specialist at Regency Wealth Management. Kristin has been with Regency for six months and supports clients and the advisory team through day-to-day service and coordination.
Kristin supports clients and the advisory team through consistent communication, organization, and follow-through. She works closely with others across the firm to help keep client needs moving forward and contributes to the collaborative rhythm of the office.
In this Q&A, we get to learn more about Kristin, her background, and what she enjoys both inside and outside of the office.
Q: How long have you been with Regency?
A: I have been with Regency for six months and have enjoyed getting to know the clients, the team, and how the firm operates!
Q: What is the best part about working at Regency for you?
A: The best part about working at Regency is the feeling of family I have when I come into work each day.
Q: What is something valuable you have learned in your career?
A: One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is that the client should always come first in everything we do. It’s a guiding principle of the firm and one I am grateful for!
Q: Are you married and do you have kids?
A: Yes, I am married and have two children, Giuseppe who is 11 and Francesca who is 9.
Q: Describe your perfect day.
A: My perfect day would start with a great morning workout, followed by spending the day in New York City with my family, where we shop and try new restaurants together.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: I enjoy working out and cooking for family and friends. I also have a passion for beauty and self care, and for the past ten years I have run an Instagram influencer page called “Beauty and the ’Burbs.”
Q: What is your favorite food?
A: My favorite food is pizza. I enjoy it at any time and in just about any form.
Q: What is your go-to morning beverage?
A: Coffee is always my go-to beverage in the morning.
Q: Where is your favorite place you have been?
A: My family and I love the beach, and Long Beach Island is our favorite place to visit every summer!
Q: Have you checked something off your bucket list?
A: I have not checked anything off my bucket list yet, but I look forward to doing so in the future.
Q: If you could listen to only one musician or band for the rest of your life, who would it be?
A: If I had to choose just one artist to listen to, it would be Taylor Swift.
Q: What are three facts people may not know about you?
A: 1) I was the beauty expert for a local magazine for five years. 2) My long-term goal is to open a wellness, beauty, and fitness boutique. 3) I enjoy baking and cooking new recipes and usually try to make something new on the weekends.
Q: What is one non-work accomplishment you are proud of?
A: I am proud of writing and hosting events around Bergen County focused on beauty and wellness.
Q: What is something you read or learned recently that grabbed your attention?
A: I recently read The Four Agreements, which stood out to me.
