SEC.gov Website Is a Nightmare to Navigate
Fund investors are advised to “read the prospectus,” but good luck finding it on the SEC’s Byzantine site.

The Securities and Exchange Commission is the regulatory body for the biggest, most powerful financial markets in the world. So why does its Website, SEC.gov, function like it was designed in the Pong era?
